Part1: Setting up the workspace and creating the backboard.
Ok, let us get started. Create a new image using the dimension 800 x 600. Set the background color to white. You can change the background depending on you web site color. Create a new layer, Layer New Layer... (Shift+Ctrl+N). Using the Rectangle Tool create a rectangle using the dimensions below. Change the foreground color to #454545
With that, you should have the effect below.

Right click on the rectangle layer and click Blending Options. Now add the Blending Options setting below.
Outer Glow
Inner Glow
Click ok when you have added the setting. With that, you should have the effect below.
Create a new layer, Layer New Layer... (Shift+Ctrl+N). Using the Rectangle Tool create the rectangle shown below. Change the foreground color to #FFFFFF
Right click on the rectangle layer and click Blending Options. Now add the Blending Options setting below.
Inner Shadow
Color Overlay
Stroke
Click ok when you have added the setting. With that, you should have the effect below.
Create a new layer, Layer New Layer... (Shift+Ctrl+N). Using the Ellipse Tool create the circle shown below. To create a perfect circle hold shift and draw the circle.
Right click on the circle layer and click Blending Options. Now add the Blending Options setting below.
Inner Shadow
Outer Glow
Bevel and Emboss
Bevel and Emboss (Gloss Contour)
Contour
Contour Mapping
Stroke
Click ok when you have added the setting. With that, you should have the effect below.
Using flash for a html editor you can add a scrollable frame inside the content box to allow you to place more text.
