Classic Car With Dry Brush Effect

1. Open the photo, grab the "Magnetic Lasso Tool" and select all of the Old Classic car.

2. Next, you want to click on Select > Inverse which will let you edit around the car without affecting it right now. Your image will appear like the one below.

3. Click on Image > Adjustments > Brightness/Contrast and set your Brightness/Contrast like the image below.

4. Click on Image > Adjustments > Invert and your image should like the one below.

5. Next, you want to click on Select > Inverse which will now highlight just the Classic Car.

6. Now click on Filter > Artistic > Dry Brush and set your values like the image below.

7. Your finished Classic Car image should look like the one below.
