To begin this tutorial use the below settings.

Now right click on the background layer and select, "Blending Options...". Now click on "Gradient Overlay". |

You should now have the following: |

|
Make the foreground 2fe2e0, then go ahead and choose the "Elipse Tool" and draw a shape as I have done below. |

Now that you have your circle shape, right click on the circle layer in the layers palette and select, "Blending Options...". Now click on "Inner Shadow". |

Do not click OK yet... still more to do |

Now click "Outer Glow". |

You may now click "OK." |

You should now have the following: |

Now select the "Rectangle Tool" and draw a Black rectangle as illustrated in the image below.

Now select the "Lasso Tool" and draw out a wooded area, create a new layer, then fill with Black. Deselect and go to next step.

|
|
|
Now select the "Eraser Tool" and use the "Splatter" brush found in the options palette as shown below. Now click along the top portion of the wooded area to let light show through.

You should now have the following: |

Now select the "Line Tool" and draw out a line with a weight of 1. Make certain that the foreground color is 2fe2e0. |

Next we will need to move some anchor points. To do this select the "Direct Selection Tool" and select the anchor points on the bottom and move them as I have done below. |

Now right click on the line layer and select, "Blending Options...". Now click on "Gradient Overlay". |

You may now click "OK." |

Next, duplicate the layer twice then hit the eye next to one of the duplicated layers so it is invisible and merge the two new layers. Go to "Filter" then "Blur" then "Gaussian Blur" and use the following settings. |
