Photoshop tutorial how to make Magicians hat and use vertical flip techniques in adobe photoshop.

[1] Take a new file of 500 pixels, 500 pixels
of resolution 72 dpi in the RGB mode.

[2] Now fill the background color
with black and open your image.

[3] Now take the Text Tool and create
your text as shown image below.

[4] Now go to Filter>Distort>Wave
use these settings.

[5] Then press Cntl+T to transform
selection and rotate the text
as shown image below.

[6] Now still select the text layer
use the Blending option.

[7] Then go to Blending Option
and select the Outer Glow
use these settings.

[8] Do not click ok select the
Gradient Overlay
use these settings.

[9] Your image should be look like this.

[10] Make the copy of text layer
as shown image below.

[11] Now go to Edit>Transform>Flip Vertical.

[12] Here is your Magic-Effect.
