First you need to make a pattern and after use it using healing bush....

File ---> new ---> 64px X 64px X 300ppi

step 3

Edit ---> fill ---> use: 50% gray ---> CTRL + A

After click OK ...

step 5

filter ---> artistic ---> film grain ---> grain = 1 / highlight area = 0 / intensity = 5

Here I`ll explain why I made that tutorial:
Last week, I gave a class for a great photographer(weddings photographer). The bridegroom`s face had
some acnes and she asked me how to remove the acnes and made a clean face. Than, after some
tentatives, I got a great result......
Pattern/healing brush sometimes make miracles!!!!!
