Tutorial goal:
Create a colorful Fairyland with photoshop. I used the source from the victoria tulips photoshop contest.

step 1

Use this source for the first step.


step 2

Remove the background.


step 3

Add a new black color layer then erase softly the center area.


step 4

Now we create a moon and add it to the background.


step 5

Then create stars (use polygon tool) and add soft glow effects..
