i cant get it to work =(

i make the selection with the pen tool, and does it matter on what layer? does it have to be the layer with the pic or something? After i make the selection, i get the type tool, then i "hover" over the selection, click, and it just types straight. what am i doing wrong?

once you have your selection with the pen tool, you should see a line on your work... Now select your text tool and click on that line, basically hover over your path click and type. Tell me if this explains it, thanks for registerring By the Way hope you stick around. We also have a SOTW going on right now you should submit one, but it must contain no name remember, just a quote or something.
