1. Make a new document, 400*130 will be okey
2. Filter > render > clouds 3. Make a new layer, press x ( for invert the colours ) and start brushing 4. Make a new layer and press x again, and brusg again ^^ 5. Repeat this process a few times and press ctrl+shift+e You should have something like this: 6. Filter > blur > motion blur 7. Now, select, cut and paste your render in the sig 8. Add your text 9. Now, layer > new adjustement layer > color balance 10. now you should have something like this, if you dont know how to make a border check this I change the opacity of the render, you can leave it in 100 if you want Did you like this tutorial?
