//-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------\\
Outcome:
Dimensions: 400x120 Tip: Save your signatures at .PNG for perfect quality. \\-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------// Step 1: Open your blank 400x120 signature and fill it with Black with the Paint Bucket Tool. After doing that, pick out some brushes you like/want to use and begin brushing with white set as the foregroud color. (Don't have any brushes? Try www.deviantart.com) Example:
Step 2: Select a render you wish to use. I will be using my Combine render, you however can use whatever you want. For an added effect after I placing my render onto the signature, I duplicated it and set a Guassian Blur on it with a radius of 3.0. Afterwards, set it to Hard Light. (MAKE SURE THE BLURRED RENDER IS OVER THE ORIGINAL RENDER!) Example:
Step 3: Now for some color. Make a new layer and select the Single Column Marquee Tool and click somewhere on your render. You have selected a 1 px line of the render. Now CTRL + C then CTRL + V. Then go to Edit > Transform > Scale and stretch out the 1 px line to fit over the whole signature. Now set the layer to Overlay. (MAKE SURE THE PIXEL STRETCH IS UNDER THE RENDER!) Example:
Step 4: Time for some backround render effects. Duplicate the render 4 times so there is a total of 5 renders there. Make all of them but the first invisible. Now, select the Smudge tool, and make sure you have a round 15 px brush. Now, at the top right select "Brushes." Now, make the hardness of the brush 100% and then check Scattering. Put Scatter at 261%. Now, smudge the render until it's all smudged. Set it to Overlay. Keep doing that until you get to Copy 2, then set it to Soft Light after you smudge it. Then on Copy 3 and apply a Guassian Blur on it with a radius of 8.0 and set the layer style to Screen. Don't do anything with Copy 4. After doing all this make sure everything is visable. Example:
Step 5: Add some text. I set it to Overlay and moved it somewhere where it would be noticeable. Also add a border. Make a new layer and add a 1 px Black border. Then make another new layer UNDER that layer and make a 2 px White border and set it to Overlay. Example:
Step 6: Add a Color Balance layer and mess around with the colors until you get what you want.
I hope you enjoyed this tutorial and learnt new things. If you have any questions, PM me or ask in this topic! -Forte _________________

Pixel stretch, is when you take a render and transform it, stretching it really bad. Just refer to Fought's tut about pixel stretch and you'll be fine.
