Blue Honeycombs Texture

Step 1

Open a new document, dimensions 300x300, with a white background and black foreground.

Use Filter --> Render --> Clouds once.

Step 2

Use Filter --> Texture --> Stained Glass.. with these settings:

That's what you should get:

Step 3

Now you're going to apply Filter --> Artistic --> Plastic Wrap

Use these settings:

The result:

Step 4

Hit CTRL-U to dye the image like this:

It should look like this:

Step 5

Create a new layer and use Filter --> Render --> Clouds on it.

Go to the blending options of this layer and set the Blend Mode to Color Dodge.

Step 6

Now that's too bright.. Go to your first layer again and hit Image --> Adjustments --> Brightness/Contrast and set Brightness to soemthing like -50.

There you go..!
