First of all, make a new document, and fill its background it with > #f9f9f9 < color. Write some text with a BOLD font:-

 

Then click on Layer // Layer Style // Blending Options:-

 

Select the Drop Shadow and apply the following options:-

 

Now select the Bevel & Emboss and apply the following:-

 

Now Contour:-

 

Apply the Color Overlay to add a color to the texture:-

 

Now lets add the Texture! Apply the pattern overlay, click on the pattern select Textures fill 2 and select the Sparse basic noice Texture:-

 

Ok, now the last step! apply the Stroke:-

 

Thats it! you are done. Apply different colors to make it more great.... RESULT:-
