1 Create a new document. 500*500.
2 Set black as background.
3 Go Filter> Noise> Add Noise. These settings: Amount 14% Distribution: Gaussian Monochromatic: Checked.
4 Dupblicate the layer.
5 Go Filter> Render> Lens Flare. Make sure the flare is centered.
6 Go Fitler> Blur> Radial Blur. Amount: 100 Blur Method: Zoom Quality: Good.
7 Change the blending mode to "Exclusion". And merge down. Ctrl + E.
And now you have a good looking space with a star.
