1) After a quite long while,I have prepared a little practice using a little spare time. The woman in the Picture beside has got a Brown jacket. It is possible to change the color of this jacket in a few steps.  2) Select the part of which color you want to change like beside with Magnetic Lasso Tool.  3) Open the communication window called Image > Hue/Saturation. Sign Colorize part here. By changing Hue and Saturation values, get the wanted color tone.  4) After my practice, I have reached the Picture beside.
