Vector paint look

Learn how to create a vector paint look from a photo.

Step 1) Open a photo of your choice. I chose a photo of Rachel Bilson.

Step 2) Go to Filter -> Brush Strokes -> Crosshatch and apply these settings.

Step 3) Go to Filter -> Artistic -> Coloured Pencil and apply these settings.

Step 4) Go to Filter -> Blur -> Gaussian Blur and apply these settings.

Step 5) Go to Filter -> Artistic -> Cutout and apply these settings.

and you’re done!
