Now start by having your object loaded in the picture, for me it is an apple.
With the rectangular selection tool make a selection as in the image below and with the colors white and black set as for and background go to filters -> rendere -> clouds

while still having the new made clouds layers selected go to filters -> distort -> twirl and twirl it about 176, then go to filters -> distort -> zigzag and set it as in the image below.

Then go to edit -> transform -> perspective and drag the top part a bit in and the bottom part far out as in the image below.

Then go to image -> adjustments -> hue and saturation and check colorize and drag the handles to blue colors like below.

Zoom out so you get a bigger view and use your free transform tool to drag out the edges to the left and right as shown in the image below. While you’re at it, drag down to fill the bottom white part.

Grab the single row margin tool and click top most of the blue layer and right click inside the selection choose layer via copy to copy the selection to a new layer.

Choose edit -> transform -> scale and scale the selection to the top, covering the white part of the image. give it a gaussian blur with about 2, then go to filters -> distort -> wave and set the handles as in the image below, then go to filters -> filter gallery and give it a plastic wrap with not much detail (we do not want a lot of white spots here).

Now select the bottom water ripple layer and go to filters -> filter gallery -> plastic wrap and set its handles as in the image below.

Select the top water layer again and go to filters -> distort -> pinch and set it as below. (Remember to have the selection first as holding down ctrl and click the layer)

Make a copy of your object layer, (the apple) and place it under the original, go to filters -> blur -> motion blur and set it as the image below and make a copy of it, merge those to together, to give the object a falling motion look.

Now you can make a copy of the original apple again and go to edit -> free transform drag the upper middle handle down so it becomes a reflection as the image below.

Go to filters -> distort -> ripple and set it as the image below and then your finally done.
