Half picture/ half draught effect

Learn this tutorial and see how to create half picture/half draught effect in Photoshop.

Step 1

Open any picture in Photoshop.

Step 2

Choose Layer > Duplicate Layer, and press ok, to duplicate your layer.



Step 3

Then, choose Filter > Stylize > Find Edges. See the picture below.





Step 4

Press Shift+Ctrl+U key, to remove a color from picture. See the picture below.



Step 5

Press Ctrl + L key to open the Levels Panel. Then, set the options from the picture below.



Now, you get this:



Step 6

In layers palette, click on Add Layer Mask icon, and after that, under foreground color set black color.



Step 7

Take the Gradient Tool (G), and in Gradient Editor choose Foreground to Background.



Step 8

After that, do like it is shown on the picture below:
