i have looked at all the submission, yes you are creative, and have a lot of good work there but u like everyone, here can always improve, the best work i have seen on a forum was listed with photoshopcafe or the new utopia mostly same members, they are much more advanced mostly professionals, perhaps you should enter their forum to get proper feedback, obviously we don't have quite the savvy here (agreed) but we try to help each other out, and even the weaker submissions here have improved for many of the beginners, all without a negative attitude to boot (thank-you!) Remember a brilliant mind once said "one needs to try and try again to get better" We all have our small beginnings just as you had. No need to be cruel or mean towards weaker submissions, they will improve with or without you!!
Best of luck to you in the in your future, hope you gain wisdom by trying to be more pleasant to other people's feelings and still be able to give support without a negative effect!
