thx for ur comments guys. am trying to vector a pic. bt my problem is that i want to know how to blend 2 colors so that the difference is not so much vissible. for example a dark brown and a lighter brown. wat shud i use to do this?? plz help

Amit, look back at Vish's work, you will see VECTORING there, he is doing good work like what you describe here, maybe even email him to see how he does it...you CAN come up with some really nice results.

Did you use the Plastic Wrap Filter? It looks as though her face was melting and them hardened back up...very lumpy.
to be honest. It looks like a photo with a filter applyed. And it doesnt look very nice. Mabey if you actually try vectoring/cell shading. Its hard but the result is amazing. :)
