its easy...new doc...pen tool..draw desired shape..select direct sel tool..
actions palette...new action.record..ctrl-t..move centr point to where you want the rotation to originate..cahngel angle in the options bar to 1 hit enter twice..path palette..stroke path 1px brush..hit stop in previous palette..and the push play as many times as desired to achieve desired effect. then just mess with to get what you want
