I love this picture, it looks like a tiger face. Ok, I used the gradient tool set to difference and make a whole bunch of lines. Then went to pixelate>Mezzotint. Set it to Long Strokes. Then went to Radial Blur (100:Zoom:Best), after that did CTRL+F (2 times). Then I dublicated it and twirled the first one at 200. That is just the basic steps.

Awesome image, i have a similar image, just basically prolly the same tut used but taken past what the tut gave. Excellent work, I see a dragon where you see the tiger as well. Kick Ass Job Samantha! - Eyeballz
