I think its a good image, to my eye the lines that represent the pages need to stand out a bit more otherwise good stuff.

very good, the cover looks just as it should, and the whole book as well, I think you need a background...table? shelf?.....that's up to you

VERY nice work D! I really like the look of the book, the front cover needs to have a little more thickness. and maybe the back cover of the book blue too? instead of white.

I would think it finished but I would try using the (white\transparent) gradiant and maybe the circle mode and come from uh... what ever the angle is that the light that is causing the shadow is just a lil bit on the left edge of the book image to creat a lil light effect... it might arse it up but I would try.
