great job.....nice too see people actually taking their time to make something good!

The only thing I would add to Chrome's post is that to my eyes the legs look a bit thick, out of proportion with the rest of the body. Thats not to say that it isn't a good job, because it is.

oh yeah, I would have made the shadow a bit softer...it almost looks to be the same color as her boots

This is some nice vector work, I don't know if this is a character that was in your mind, or just an image created of your favorite character, but I like it! The only thing that looks a bit 'off' is the hair, but thats my own personal opinion...I know that vector graphics like this take time.
