Its still one quarter that has been flipped horizontaly and then both have been flipped vertically.

no i mean he drew it on paper and scaned it into computer.. he onlny colorized it with photoshop

I think what he ment by hand is that he did the shape with the pentool by hand (in photoshop)...:D
and then flipped to get the 360 degrees.

it looks like he did half by hand and flipped it in Photoshop....I don't know if even DaVinci could replecate himself that closly :P
