good idea...I would use a displacement map from the eye, then use it to place the image of the tongue OVER the eye, so that the tongue has the mapping of the eye...does that make sense?....and uhm, hairy teeth? need to take care of that....

u needed not to lower the opacity of the eye image....but anyway...looks quite good
