As you can see i'm more into the drawings that the photo effects... anyway for the background I used a gradient, then i made another layer above it with the render clouds then uned the layer mask and erased some.... comments welcome.. (duh)

yes i drew the original cartoon in my math class :P with a pencil then i scanned it..

Did you draw the original cartoon? Good shading and gradient work though, either way...I myself have logged many sky-dives and am certified for AFFF (accelerated free fall flight) and it is a BLAST, although (and even though I am not afraid of heights) I can still remember the first time, I had a moment like this image when it came time to get out of the aircraft, yep,...I was thinking WHAT THE HELL AM I THINKING? kind of thoughts....then they passed and I had a GREAT time! Nice image work here!
