He looks like an anvil was dropped on his head and flattened it out. Kind of like in a cartoon. To me it looks like the nose is a bit over powering on the face. The eyes do not match the same perspective angle as the mouth or nose, or they are just cross eyed. You are close to nailing this, just a couple things with scaling and angles and you will be there.
