I was in a hurry to get this done before I had to go to work. I don't know quite what I want it to mean so its just a pic for now. I did use the flood filter in order to get the water.
The pen tool was used to make the shapes and then I filled the shapes with a light grey... I then used the burn tool to get the shadows and such right.
well done! One of the best things I have seen from u this far. The water is very good and its a cool idea. Maybe some more details on the hand, that will give the hole picture a more realistic feel.
