I like this...
the only crit I have is highlights....in that you have a bright 'burst' of light over her right shoulder, but the shadows don't match where the light is coming from, sure there could be TWO sources of light, but you don't see another in the image, so it is kind of distracing to the eye...
nice drawing btw...nice vector work. I like the fact that there ARE shadows under her hair, and the highlight on her lips is nice too...just work on those small details that sometimes, you just need someone to point out to ya...then you go "Doh!, I knew that"

Good work but I have to agree with pscath, the eye lashes look a bit odd. Maybe the strands could be thinner.
