I have to agree with the comments, this is good work. I think that the blue starburst things are a great compliment to the jewelery. And the jewelery design has very good symbology (that is a comment outside of photoshop land).

hmm..nice, maybe change each of the blue light thingies colour just by a little so they all have their own individuality
