Seriously, my advice is to actually take time when using these tutorials. Tutorials are a great way to learn the material (for free). But whoever did this didn't take enough time or is very unfamiliar with photoshop alltogether. Not only that - but they didn't mention that this is from a tutorial.
And it's sinfully sloppy! By "Touching Up" (deleting excess of the cracked mud layer), they simply used a very large circular eraser tool. Look at the area around the eyes.
I hope this isn't a youngin', cuz then I'd feel bad.

The more I look at this the more I think it is a total turd. The red eyes look like just a dobb of red from the hard edge brush. The decay over lay is just chopped away with yet another hard edge brush. It overlaps the hands and it cut away from areas it should have covered. The decay also does not look 3D as it should. This is a slapped together tutorial copy with zero flavor added by the person doing this.
Shame.
Shame.

Besides that, the eyes look horrible (try just doing a color change for the eyes...there are tutorials for that, but you should reference it) and you could have been cleaner with excluding the dry mud pattern overlay from the finger tips and hair. This is very sloppy and unimpressive. I do not mean to be rude...this is just seriously not good.

I was going to say, "Hey guys, look at this: www.tutorialwiz.com/zombies/" but it looks like I'm not the only one who sees tihs.
Manishkumar, are you the artist who did this original work? Or did you simply "borrow" the idea and unfortunately forget to mention that it was from a tutorial?
I'm not impressed unless you are the original artist and I'm doubting you are. Not cool man. (or woman).
