"Mictr-" is medical terminology for urination - maybe he/she was going for that?
At any rate - I do not like this. The flag IS out of alignment, and the "Super Power fo your computer" is sloppy looking. Howevver, the coloring and gradiant work of the flag is good. Nice shadowing. I do not personally like the picture though.

Microsoft has only 1 T in it. The text at the top isn't nice and the window flag is a little bit out of line. Try for a bold font for the super power text, it will look more 'super power' if you know what I mean.
