"Duce" means leader and it is also a last name. But I think you mean Deuce? Whoops.
Other than that - it's artsy and looks good. For a night club sign, it sure is light..I would make the bg black and change the dark colors to something lighter so it has contrast against the black. Just a suggestion. -Rob-
