It doesn't look like the picture is indecent - I've seen nipple on several pictures posted here - so I'm sure you could get away with this one. It did take me forever to figure out what that green thing was. Try again with the post. This one's too small :)

You should be able to upload jpeg's of 1024x768 no problem. Sure, make the naked girl less obvious but not to the point where its difficult to see what it is, otherwise people wont make the connection between the image and the text.

Because the bigger one won't upload. I need to make the naked girl less obvious otherwise it won't be permitted to be posted in our school.

Why so small?? It took me a few mins to figure out what the green thing was. Maybe a little less FX would make it a bit more clear to the viewer and a bit larger would would help no end.
