yes, it is filter abuse. PSLover.com, I would assume, is set up to help people display talent in photoshop. In the most friendly way possible, I have to say that filter abuse is not talent. Filters, though dead useful, should only be used to augment your work - not overwhelm your work.

You need to move away from filters, or at least use them in a way that is not glaringly obvious.
