Absolutely amazing ! Do you draw this sort of thing on paper first, scan it in to PS, and then add to it, or do you do it all straight from a graphics-tablet ? (Sorry for the stupid "newbie" question, but I honestly don`t know !)

I'm surprised that this image hasn't got a rating of 7 or 8. I personally think 4.5 just donesn't do justice for this type of skill and dedication. The pic somehow reminds me of a ghetto version of Star War's Coruscant City.
