head shape is fine by me. I like the details and attention to proportion and anatomy. Maybe the ears are unleveled a little? the one on the subject's left is up too high. The one on the subject's right seems to be in place though. It's amazing how such a small discrepency can make such a large difference. This is good, the hair is great. Too bad she's not smiling :)
