...and thank you for your kind words encee,
your comments on the guys who use photos as a base ...they are usually "matte paintings",
to be used as backgrounds for live action shot on a blue screen, and then layered into the scene.
I have done some of that, but what I do is more "concept art" , so it is more or less totally "made up" or painted ... the series I am doing now is for myself, thinking of a childrens book, I have some time off...LOL...and I'm still on the box! I love the feedback, it helps me work things out...thank you all!
