very nice highlights, glossy looks and 'wet-look' to the eye...although it DOES look strange that this is the RIGHT eye and yet seems to be centered correctly for the LEFT eye, if you know what I mean, the eye isn't looking directly at the viewer, which is a little un-nerving I guess...The eye-brow needs to come across just a little more, I think it stops just a bit short. Overall, very nice first attempt...not much to clean up or redo here...

i definately have too much "nose" / "texture" in the skin, but I think yours skin is too smooth. I don't really know a great solution to add texture really that wouldn't take FOREVER.

from scratch it's pretty good ! but the iris is a bit too big.

Did you have a look at the one I did a while back, it might be helpfull.

yea i was thinking about doing that alistair, but i wanted the eye to look like it just saw a ghost or something, but thanks for the tip :)

Not too bad. I think the upper lid needs to come down a bit - so it cuts across the top of the iris. Other than that not a bad effort.
