Fair attempt at decaying skin. Maybe color would make it feel more realistic.

I think I would like it more if I couldn't tell what you did, so I'm going to say good work. Would look cool w/ color of course. maybe some blood dripping out. The condition, by the way, is "ichthyosis". If you look at pictures of it on the net ... be warned, they can be disturbing...poor little guys.
