...first I think this is well done....about the BG, you seem to have mastered one brush and have used it througjout your work here ... if i may suggest, almost everything is going from top to bottom here, the hair, the texture of the wings, the BG...so it tends to get a bit repetitive, try using acouple different brushes with a higher contrast to your BG...dont hesitate ...uts just another layer...have some fun ... lots of people get a brush or technique down and tend to stay with it...to improve you have to break out and experiment...with this...why not apply a new layer to the top, make it a "sogt light" and start to go crazy with all kinds od brushes...it will ?loosen" you up and you may be pleased with the outcome...I hope this helps you out a bit...
