Just playing around with desaturating and leaving certain portions colored. For others like this I've done, I would quick mask and then desaturate. For this one, I duplicated the image, desaturated the top layer and erased what I wanted to be colored. I think it worked better, since I could then adjust the color of the colored elements really easily.
