Thought I would do something strange for a change. ;)
The cloudyness is some clouds I took a picture of with my cannon rebel. (edited a tad of course)
The figure is something I painted a long time ago.(way earlier in my gallery.
I am guilty of using a brush.. the eyes are a brush.

I agree there.. I messed with it an it "gave it impact." I was wondering what was up with it.

..interesting keen...but as i mentioned to Carlitos, I think a bit of "adjustment" layer tweaking might enhance this..
"levels and curves" are your friends.... I think it mughr give this image a bit more impact....but well done!
