Did this for a friend of mine from scratch, it's not perfect, but I don't know what else to do to it. Maybe if someone has an idea how to make the text look more like its on the wood, I think it doesn't quite looke right. ah well, practice makes perfect.

The more I look at it, the more I think the tuning knobs look too cartoonish, Any good chrome tutorials? Im playing around with the psd, but cant seem to get it quite right, although I have added more highlights to the metal peice to the left, and slight shadows under the strings which has improved it quite a bit, really having a hard time with the chrome. I'm sitting here staring at my real guitar trying to get the chrome right, but it evades me.

Doesn't look bad... I wouldn't know how to improve it unless I was working on it and was able to screw around with it.
