» How do you cut out an image/section and paste it somewhere else?
I have an image that has 2 lines of text at the top. I want to sut out the second line of text and paste it on the botton of the text. I will also need to reposition the remaining text at the top )because there will be a big spot where the second of line of text was removed. I have not been able to figure out which tool to use to cut something out. I have tried the slice tool and all that it slices is the background color. the text does not slice. Any suggestions? Or is photoshop not capable of doing this task? I would assume it could, but I fear the program is not that spohisticated.
