What is differnt between corelDraw and Photoshop? What is computer graphics? How do add plug-in in Photoshop?

I think that coreldraw is good if you want to print the picture, and if you goint to the printer he ask you for the coreldraw paint because it keep the color layer in different level, and with photoshop you can do the same work and you can post it in internet better.... this is my point of view... sorry for my english.
