» How do I keep the file sizes down to my goal size?
I need to make avatars with a max size of 30k. I do animated ones and need to know some tricks for keeping the file sizes down. I am doing an animated USA flag for instance and the file size ends up being over 100k. I have decreased the color palate to 8 and removed the dither and that gets me down to my goal but the graphics look terrible. Hope someone can help with this problem. If so please email me at kelvinmn@hotmail.com. Thank you
