Hi all. Very new to photoshop. Only had for a week now. I have a logo. Black on white background that I would love to apply a neon style to, but can't figure out how to do that to save my life. If anyone could explain in great detail how to do that or even do it for me if I would email it to you. The effect is a blue neon glow preset style that I have already and downloaded. Thanks so much for any help!
