Anonymous Post time: 20/Jul/2008 08:07 » photo shop elements 6.0 and windows vista problems. I bought a new dell laptop with vista and installed photoshop elements 6.0, after install is finished I try to run program nothing hapens other than the rotating emblem for few seconds then nothing?
