» opening closed eyes

Can someone tell me how to open someones closed eyes in Adobe photoshop elements? I have picture that one person blinked and the other didn't and would like to fix the closed eyes to somehow open--is this possible? Thanks, Cindy

You cannot rate your own answer

take a snap of someone having opened eye. Make a selection (marquee tool>2 to 4 pixel fether) of his eye and then cut it

i think you can use another eyes to replace.
