Long time no tutorial in LoonDesign already. Today, we are going to have a web layout design. This is also Kai Loon first try to create a grunge design layout. I found that grunge design is everywhere and you can see them from every top site or even in flickr. Well, I thought it is easy as we only need to put everything look grunge into a design then it is a grunge design. Haha..I guess I was wrong. I find it is harder then doing a standard or normal modern design.
